Dr. Preville has significant experience as Team Leader in the design, preparation, and delivery of conferences or business forums related to trade and investment. This includes all aspects of overall conference planning and strategy; development of knowledge content for the conferences; communications and visibility strategy; IT strategy for branding and delivery; identification of suitable participants; matchmaking between the investors of one side and the beneficiaries on the other side; preparation of conference reports; assessment of conference effectiveness; and follow up action.

Preville & Associates Consulting Group, under the leadership of Dr. Claudius Preville, has recently managed the implementation of four major conferences/business forums in two countries in Asia and the Pacific. In Nepal, Dr. Preville served as Team Leader for the first ever EU-Nepal Business Forum in 2023, followed by the second business forum 2024. In that capacity he managed the knowledge and content delivery for both forums, producing several policy documents on investment and trade; a communications and visibility plan; IT strategy for branding and delivery; identification of suitable participants; a business and food fair; and the rapporteur services for both business forums.

In Papua New Guinea Dr. Preville served as Team Leader for the first ever EU-PNG Trade, Business, and Investment Conference in 2019. This brought together more than 200 participants from the EU and PNG and organized the knowledge and content for the conference. Dr. Preville also managed the communications and visibility for the event as well as the rapporteur services for both conferences. He also managed the same services for the second EU-PNG Trade, Business, and Investment Conference in 2019 in 2021.
